Are you creative, organised, and passionate about making a real difference in your local community? At Home Instead Stockport & Tameside, we are looking for a motivated Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice to join our growing team and help share the inspiring stories behind our award-winning home care services.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across digital and traditional marketing channels while working towards a recognised qualification. You’ll support campaigns that promote our services, engage with the local community, and help attract both clients and Care Professionals to our organisation.

A Typical Day in the Job:
Social Media & Content
• Create original content for social media across all platforms, including copy, graphics, and short-form video
• Schedule and publish posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for all five franchise territories
• Manage community engagement — responding to comments, replies, and messages in a timely and on-brand manner
• Work alongside the current external digital agency initially, learning brand voice, audience behaviour, and platform strategy
• Progressively take ownership of the social media function across territories, with a view to managing it independently by the end of the apprenticeship
• Monitor social media analytics and produce regular performance reports for the Community Partnerships Manager
• Support the creation of blog content aligned to community activity and campaigns
Marketing & Campaigns
• Support the localisation of national Home Instead campaigns for franchise territories
• Produce marketing materials including digital assets, leaflets, and e-newsletters
• Assist in maintaining the group’s website content and digital listings
• Contribute to the development of campaign plans and content calendars
Community Partnerships
• Support the planning and delivery of community events, workshops, and outreach activity
• Attend partnership meetings, community events, and networking activity as required
• Contribute to the development and distribution of the WOW Guides (What’s On Where)
Data & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM including partnership contacts, activity logs, and outreach notes
• Monitor and report on social media performance metrics, engagement data, and audience growth
• Support the team in tracking enquiry and referral data across territories
• Present weekly activity updates to the Community Partnerships Manager
General
• Attend and contribute to team meetings and planning sessions
• Complete all off-the-job training requirements as directed by Baltic Apprenticeships
• Carry out any other duties reasonably required by the line manager
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
- Grade 4/C in GCSE English and Grade 5/C in GCSE Maths
- A genuine interest in marketing, social media, and digital communications
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Active and confident use of social media platforms
- Organised and able to manage a varied workload independently
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £16,000 per annun
- 8:30 – 4:30 Monday – Friday

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships
This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.
With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
