They’re now looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Apprentice to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in marketing who wants to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced, professional environment. From creating engaging content to supporting campaigns and analysing performance, you’ll play a key role in helping strengthen their digital presence.

You’ll be joining a small, supportive marketing team where collaboration, learning, and development are at the heart of everything they do. FAAC believe in giving you real responsibility from day one, alongside the guidance and mentorship you need to build a successful career.

As part of your apprenticeship, you’ll receive structured training through Baltic Apprenticeships, alongside practical, on-the-job experience—giving you the perfect balance of learning and real-world application.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Assisting with the creation and scheduling of social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)
• Supporting email marketing campaigns
• Updating and maintaining website content
• Creating digital content including videos, graphics, and case studies
• Conducting competitor and market research
• Supporting campaign delivery and marketing admin tasks
• Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Using tools such as CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot/Dynamics) and design platforms (e.g. Canva/Adobe)

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• A full driving licence is required
• Passion for marketing and digital trends
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Basic digital literacy (social media platforms, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• An interest in design tools such as Canva or Adobe (desirable)
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus but not essential
• GCSE Grade 4+ in English and 5+ Maths (or equivalent)

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £22,000–£25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Office-based in Sunbury-on-Thames (hybrid working available after probation)
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
