Bluebell is now looking for an IT Apprentice who demonstrates a strong willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in technology. The successful candidate will be motivated, eager to develop new skills, and keen to take the first steps in a career within IT.

The apprentice will work as part of a supportive and experienced team, receiving day-to-day guidance and hands-on experience in a real working environment. In addition to on-the-job learning, the role includes structured training delivered by Baltic Apprenticeships, with 2-day training blocks every 4–6 weeks, providing dedicated time to build technical knowledge and professional skills.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Use our ticketing system to work on and resolve helpdesk tickets & service requests.
  • Managing and recording all work though our ticketing system.
  • Make sure that client documentation is well maintained.
  • Split tickets that have several issues into their own individual ticket.
  • Make sure that tickets aren’t “stale” throughout the process.
  • Review RMM dashboard and apply remediation actions as indicated by our processes.
  • Review regularly scheduled/automated actions as indicated by our processes.
  • Escalate tickets that require Technical Support Analyst assistance.
  • Communicate to the client the status of their ticket every step of the way, notify them of any changes or outages related to their issue.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £16,000 – £18,000 per annum.
  • 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in IT support. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in IT. 

You’ll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance and setting up virtual environments. With our unique curriculum and one-to-one support, you’ll accelerate your skills and get the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in IT.

You’ll be based full time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
