As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you'll dive headfirst into the world of marketing, gaining hands-on experience across a spectrum of platforms. From crafting compelling social media campaigns to exploring intricacies of email marketing and beyond, you'll be at the forefront of shaping their brand presence. In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Craft and schedule engaging content and social media campaigns to spotlight events, achievements and news from their academies
• Develop visually captivating and informative content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media
• Aid in creating and executing email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Maintain and update content on the Trust's website, ensuring accuracy and relevance
• Monitor digital marketing analytics to evaluate campaign performance
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies, sharing insights with the team

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £14,566.15
• Monday to Friday 9:15am-5pm, this can be flexible

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Passionate about the digital landscapes and its potential for marketing
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools would be beneficial
• An eagerness to learn and grow, with a positive attitude towards challenges
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work well within a team and fit seamlessly into their culture
• Enthusiasm and dedication to the Trust's brand and marketing vision
• Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and Grade 5/VC in GCSE English
