In this role, you’ll work towards your Multi-channel Marketing Level 3 Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Brainstorm and develop engaging content ideas for TikTok, aligned with their brand and target audience
• Capture stunning visuals and footage of Leeds attractions, events, and culture
• Assist in planning and executing content shoots, ensuring high-quality production standards
• Edit and curate content to craft compelling narratives that resonate with their audience
• Stay updated with social media trends and TikTok features to optimise their content strategy
• Engage with their community, responding to comments and fostering a positive online presence
• Contribute ideas and insights to refine their content strategy and storytelling techniques
• Assist with wider Marketing efforts to support businesses

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £13,500 per annum
• Working Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Regular social events

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Passion for social media, digital marketing, and creating captivating content
• Basic understanding of TikTok and other social media platforms
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry
• Familiarity with Leeds and its attractions is a plus
• Full driving licence and car required
• Grade 5/C in Math's and 4/C in English

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Marketing apprentice.
