As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you will be an integral part of their marketing team, supporting various aspects of their marketing efforts including email marketing, website updates, PR activities, basic design work, brochure creation, forum promotion, and copywriting. In this role, you’ll work towards your Multi-channel Marketing Level 3 Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Assist in executing email marketing campaigns to engage their members and promote events and initiatives
• Collaborate with the team to update and maintain the website, ensuring content is current and relevant
• Work closely with PR agencies to coordinate press releases and media relations activities
• Support in basic design work for marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal
• Contribute to the creation of brochures and promotional materials to showcase products and services
• Assist in promoting forums and events through various channels, including social media and email
• Contribute to copywriting efforts for marketing collateral, ensuring messaging is clear, concise, and engaging

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• Salary £12,740 – £16,380 per annum
• 35 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-1:30pm
• 23 day annual leave plus bank holidays
• Early finish on Fridays!

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with email marketing platforms and content management systems
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset to assess marketing performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
• Creative flair and willingness to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns
• Initiative to take ownership of tasks and drive projects forward
• Grade 5/C in Math's and 4/C in English
