Multi Channel Marketing Apprenticeship

We're seeking a motivated individual to join a dynamic team as a Level 3 Marketing Apprentice. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working alongside seasoned professionals, developing essential marketing skills, and contributing to impactful campaigns.

This organisation is a full-service digital marketing agency that delivers digital marketing campaigns for businesses of all sizes, from startups to global brands. Having worked with over 2,000 businesses from a variety of sectors, ranging from e-commerce and B2B to iGaming brands in the UK and internationally, they have a wealth of experience in providing tailored solutions, leading to meaningful results.

You will join a close knit team of experts that relish a challenge and enjoy getting to know every business they work with. They believe in building valuable, long-term relationships with clients and are passionate about pushing the work that they do to its limit.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Creating written content for social media and email campaigns
• Analyse and report on data found through individual social platforms
• Support clients with SEO improvements
• Work towards client specifications and briefs
• Utilise tools such as Canva, Webflow, Photoshop, SocialBee, Google Analytics and more!

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• 37.5 Hours per week (Flexi time), Monday – Friday
• 22 Days holiday + bank holidays
• Hybrid flex working. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are work-from-home days. Tuesday and Thursday are office days.
• Contribution towards commuting expenses (within first 12 months)
