Your role will involve proactively seeking opportunities to enhance client performance by meticulously analysing website data, implementing SEO strategies, and monitoring traffic patterns. Through comprehensive research on client industries, you will play a pivotal role in providing valuable insights that give clients a competitive edge.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Seek ways to improve client performance, communicating results with clients via reports, website analysis, working with SEO, and monitoring traffic.
• Researching client industries to give them an advantage over competitors, producing reports.
• Reporting on performance through Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Support with email marketing campaigns
• Utlise social media platforms to create brand awareness

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• £12,500 Per annum (Open for discussion depending on experience)
• 28 days holiday + Christmas week

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Keen interest in business and E-commerce
• Eager to learn
• Motivated team player
• Ability to use your own initiative
• Have knowledge of different social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
• It is beneficial if you have fundamental knowledge of marketing such as SEO, PPC, Web marketing, Email marketing, Google analytics etc.
• GCSE Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Multi Channel Marketer.
