- Operating System: Windows 10 Pro or Windows 11 Pro (or higher editions)
- Remote Desktop Access: Use the built-in Remote Desktop Connection app
Note: Windows Home editions are not supported as Microsoft has discontinued remote desktop support for these versions
Mac Users
Remote Desktop Client: Install one of the following:
- Microsoft Remote Desktop for Mac
- Windows App for Mac
- All learners will need to connect to exam virtual machines (VMs) using RDP
- Test your remote desktop connection before the course begins
- Have backup internet access available if possible
