The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team with extensive industry experience, who are passionate about helping each other succeed. From day one, they will be surrounded by knowledgeable colleagues who will mentor them, share their expertise, and support their development as they grow into the role. Alongside their day-to-day role, they will complete a Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship with Baltic Apprenticeships, receiving dedicated training in 2-day blocks every 4–6 weeks. This structured learning will help them build valuable technical knowledge, professional skills, and recognised qualifications while gaining hands-on experience in a real business environment.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 4 Business Analyst qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders across IT, Digital, Marketing, and users.
- Analyse data and user input to support project decisions and prioritisation.
- Document processes, project scopes, and requirements using Microsoft Office and internal tools.
- Create process maps, flow diagrams, and wireframes to support digital product development.
- Track tasks, risks, bugs, and changes using Kanban boards and support project delivery.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently in virtual and face-to-face settings.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and high-quality work.
- Logical and analytical mindset, with a structured and process-driven approach to tasks.
- Organisational skills, able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines effectively.
- Reliable completer-finisher who follows tasks through to completion.
- Positive and collaborative team player, able to work well with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, tools, and ways of working.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £25,000 per annum.
- 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
- 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
