Overview

Our apprenticeship programmes are designed to fit around busy NHS roles, giving NHS teams the flexibility to develop in-demand digital skills while continuing to provide exceptional care and support to patients and colleagues.

As part of our apprenticeships, participants will complete the Edward Jenner programme, an NHS Leadership Academy course designed to help healthcare professionals take their first steps in leadership. This programme builds confidence, resilience, and key leadership skills, equipping individuals with the capabilities to drive positive change across Trusts.

Strong leadership is essential across all areas of the NHS, from frontline care to digital transformation. Working in clinical, operational, or support roles all require leadership skills to help drive innovation, improve patient outcomes, and advance careers.
