Our technical training courses are centred around practical activities where apprentices can learn by exploring as part of a small cohort. Each course is delivered over 2 days, led by an expert coach.

Course 1: Principles of Online & Offline Marketing (Part 1)

This course equips apprentices with an understanding of marketing theory and best practices for creating successful campaigns.

Course 2: Principles of Online & Offline Marketing (Part 2)

After establishing a solid foundation in key marketing principles, this course takes a deeper dive into online marketing approaches, techniques, and tools.

Course 3: Principles of Coding (Part 1)

Understanding how the web works is the key to effective digital marketing. This introductory course equips apprentices with a working understanding of coding for the web.

Course 4: Principles of Coding (Part 2)

This course explores the building blocks behind websites, search engines and email marketing tools. Focusing on the practical implementation of coding principles, this session will also explore good practice for accessible, responsive web design.

Course 5: Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics is one of the most powerful and widely-used platforms in the marketing industry and has recently moved from Universal to Google Analytics 4. This hands-on, up-to-date training teaches apprentices how to navigate the platform, analyse reports, and extract actionable insights to optimise your website – all while gaining an industry-recognised GA4 certification!


Our curriculum combines expert technical training courses with corresponding workplace projects. After completing the course material, apprentices continue to build their skills and apply what they’ve learned within the workplace, making a meaningful contribution to your team.

A Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprentice will complete the following projects:

  • Digital Marketing Campaign 1

  • Digital Marketing Campaign 2

  • Digital Marketing Campaign 3


We believe that personal and professional development are two sides of the same coin. That’s why we deliver a bespoke personal development curriculum alongside our technical training courses.

Through a mix of one-to-one support sessions, independent study, group discussions and quizzes, our learners are supported to become the best versions of themselves.

Our personal development curriculum covers the following themes:

  • Behaviour & Attitudes

  • Safeguarding

  • Citizenship & British Values

  • Character & Confidence

  • Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

Our learners are also supported to build additional skills to support their role through personally curated Stretch & Challenge resources. These include self-study resources in SEO, Google Analytics 4, and PPC advertising.

Throughout the programme, apprentices will build up the knowledge and experience they’ll need to become a fully competent Digital Marketer.

We work with our employers to find the right fit between a job role and apprenticeship training, creating an individual learning plan for apprentices enrolled on our programmes.
