This module explores Microsoft 365 Copilot’s core functionality across the ecosystem. Participants will understand how Copilot transforms productivity workflows whilst learning about responsible AI implementation and data security. 

This module covers Microsoft 365 Copilot in PowerPoint, offering practical prompting techniques to create engaging, cohesive presentations with improved design consistency and streamlined slide development. 

This module explores Microsoft 365 Copilot in Word for creating compelling document drafts. Participants will learn effective prompting techniques, editing strategies, and methods to improve efficiency in document creation. 

This module covers Microsoft 365 Copilot in Teams for enhanced collaboration and productivity. Participants will learn prompting techniques to extract key information, streamline summaries, and identify action items. 

This module covers Microsoft 365 Copilot in Excel for data analysis. Participants will learn to uncover patterns, generate insights from datasets, and streamline analytical workflows for data-driven decisions. 

This module explores Microsoft 365 Copilot in Outlook for streamlined email drafting, meeting organisation, and team collaboration through enhanced communication workflows. 

This module explores Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat’s ability to interact with content across files, meetings, chats, and emails. Participants will learn to leverage this centralised assistant to unlock creativity and streamline workflows.

  • Operating System: Windows 10 Pro or Windows 11 Pro (or higher editions)
  • Remote Desktop Access: Use the built-in Remote Desktop Connection app

Note: Windows Home editions are not supported as Microsoft has discontinued remote desktop support for these versions

Mac Users

Remote Desktop Client: Install one of the following:

  • Microsoft Remote Desktop for Mac
  • Windows App for Mac

 

  • All learners will need to connect to exam virtual machines (VMs) using RDP
  • Test your remote desktop connection before the course begins
