Hocus Pocus 2 isn’t the only highlight of October 2022 – we have our Apprentice of the Month award!

This month, we received a number of outstanding nominations from our employers highlighting their apprentices’ achievements and impact they’ve had in the workplace. So, without further ado, here is Octobers Apprentice of the Month…

Apprentice of the month

Our Apprentice of the Month winner if Mollie Pinnington! Mollie is currently completing her Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship at Resolve Energy.

Mollie was nominated by her line manager James Thompson, the Digital Transformation Manager at Resolve, who shared all about her amazing progression and the impact she has had since starting her apprenticeship:

“Mollie has been working incredibly hard over the past year delivering a constant stream of content to our websites and social media platforms. Her work has gone from strength to strength, culminating in her most recent work bringing our online visibility to new levels.

“Before Mollie, our website was receiving no more than 150 visitors a week. Our website is now receiving thousands of new visitors each week, reaching over 5k new visitors in one week recently. Comparing this week to the same week last year, there was a 3,735% increase in new users. What has been most incredible about this is that the traffic Mollie is generating is now directly contributing to our revenue, bringing in a stream of new customers and sales.

Not only has Mollie excelled in her role from the beginning, but she has also had to overcome some challenges and changes to her industry which she has taken in her stride:

“Resolve Energy is a commercial energy consultant, and the business energy price cap has been huge news in our industry. Mollie’s ability to capitalise on the increased searches for this topic has been superb. Her articles on the price cap have been read by thousands of people so far with one article almost reaching 10k views.

“It’s not just the volume of traffic that has been impressive, but the quality of her work. Just yesterday, one of our inbound leads commented to our Sales Advisor on Mollie’s work, stating he read the article on our website regarding the government business energy scheme and was really impressed as it was well written and clear which no other article has been. In his words, it was “better than what the government have released”.

“It’s worth noting that Mollie’s article on the business price cap reached number one on Google. It ranked not only above all our competitors, but also above both the government and Ofgem’s own guidance. Even over a month later it is still page one.”

A huge congratulations to you Mollie, keep up the amazing work!
