BALTIC EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
25+ DAYS ANNUAL LEAVE
After each year of service, you’ll gain an extra days holiday up to a maximum of 30 days of annual leave.
ONE LIFE EVENT HOLIDAY
We give everyone an additional holiday to use for a life event of their choosing.
TWO WELL-BEING DAYS
We go into full company shutdown and give you two additional days off a year to recharge and reset.
EARLY FINISH FRIDAYS
We like to start the weekend early here at Baltic which is why we finish at 4pm every Friday!
SPILL MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
Every one of our employees has free access to Spill, where you can talk to therapists about anything on your mind!
CHRISTMAS SHUTDOWN
You’ll never work a day between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day!
