Addica Ltd is looking for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to join its growing team. Based in Bromsgrove, Addica specialises in creating bespoke awards, trophies and promotional merchandise for a wide range of sectors including sports clubs, education providers, corporate organisations and events. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in digital marketing who is looking to start their career in a creative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, eager to learn and motivated to develop new skills, with a proactive attitude and a willingness to get involved in different areas of marketing and online promotion. The successful apprentice will work closely with a friendly and supportive team who will provide guidance and hands-on experience across real marketing activities. This will give them the opportunity to develop practical skills while gaining valuable insight into how digital marketing supports the growth of a business.

Alongside their role within the company, the apprentice will complete their training with Baltic Apprenticeships, attending a two-day training block every 4–6 weeks. This structured training will help them build the knowledge and practical skills required for a successful career in digital marketing, while applying what they learn directly within the workplace.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Monitor and optimise social media and Google Ads campaigns, tracking performance and budget usage.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Insights to measure engagement, conversions, and campaign results.
  • Manage website content via WordPress/CMS and create/schedule social media posts including images and videos.
  • Produce online and offline assets using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Work with internal teams (Sales & Marketing Director, Marketing Coordinator, Content Marketer) and external partners (clients, suppliers, web developers) to deliver marketing campaigns.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge

  • Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and Google Ads.
  • Basic design skills for creating simple graphics and visual content.
  • Good teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Grade 5 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4 in GCSE English.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
  • 28 days annual leave.
  • Extra holiday days after qualifying service length

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer. 

With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
