They provide their clients with the tools they need to grow their customer base and increase profitability through innovative strategies like email marketing, SEO, social media management, PPC advertising, and more.

As a Multi-Channel Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will support the marketing team in delivering campaigns across a range of online and offline channels. A large part of the role will involve content creation and writing, while also gaining experience across wider marketing activities.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Writing blog posts, articles and website content
• Creating social media captions and campaign content
• Writing email newsletters and marketing campaigns
• Editing and improving existing content for clarity, engagement and SEO
• Working with the team to develop content plans and editorial calendars
• Creating content briefs for blogs, social media and campaigns
• Supporting the planning and scheduling of social media posts
• Assisting with social campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
• Assisting with email marketing campaigns
• Supporting marketing automation and campaign setup
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Basic website editing using WordPress CMS
• Assisting with the creation of leaflets, brochures, event materials and printed marketing assets
• Reporting & Campaign Performance

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Has strong writing and communication skills
• Enjoys creating content and explaining ideas clearly
• Is creative and enjoys coming up with marketing ideas
• Has strong attention to detail
• Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Is willing to learn new marketing tools and techniques
• Enjoys working in a small, collaborative team
• Grade 5 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4 in GCSE English.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• Salary – £16,000 – £18,000
• Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM
• 20 days holiday per year + bank holidays and your birthday off

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
