The successful candidate will join a supportive and collaborative team, working closely with experienced professionals who encourage questions, idea-sharing, and personal development. PPC Kingdom prides itself on creating an environment where learning and growth are actively supported. Alongside on-the-job learning, the role includes structured training and development, with 2-day training blocks every 4–6 weeks delivered through Baltic Apprenticeships, ensuring continuous skill development and long-term career progression.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Assist with creating and managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Support content creation, including blog writing and basic social media content.
- Learn SEO fundamentals, including keyword research and on-page optimisation.
- Assist with setting up, monitoring, and optimising PPC campaigns.
- Learn to use tools such as Google Analytics to track and analyse performance.
- Attend virtual and in-person client meetings, supporting preparation and follow-up.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge
- General understanding of the current Digital Marketing landscape (Organic and Paid Channels).
- Eagerness to understand website tracking ad tools like GA4 and google analytics.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A desire to learn about paid media or performance marketing (Meta & Google ads).
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to learn.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working as part of a small team.
- Adaptable and well organised.
- Good IT skills.
- Grade 5 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4 in GCSE English.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £15,600 per annum.
- 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays.
- Bonus for additional certifications gained.
- Parking spot paid by business.
This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships
This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.
With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
