Cambrian Learning Trust is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice to join our dedicated IT Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification in IT support.
As an apprentice, you’ll play a key role in helping staff and students with day-to-day technical issues, maintaining equipment, and supporting the smooth running of our IT systems across the Trust’s schools. You’ll receive excellent training, guidance, and real-world experience to build your future in the technology sector.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Support ICT service to meet the needs of students, staff and visitors
- Maintenance of a healthy and stable working ICT environment
- Desktop and application support
- Network support
- Health & Safety
- Support Request Management
- Additional Departmental Responsibilities
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £23,656 – £24,027 per annum
- Monday to Friday 37 hours per week

- Grade 4 in Maths and 5 in English is essential for this role
