In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A typical day in the job:

• 1st Line support through the IT Helpdesk ticketing system.
• Building PCs, setting up Laptops & Repairing PCs and Laptops.
• Pre-delivery preparation of servers/infrastructure equipment and controlling stock of all IT equipment.
• Dealing with software issues e.g. installation and upgrade. Keeping up to date with any training and learning logs.
• Dealing with third parties to arrange external repairs and tracking documentation.
• Keep up-to-date notes on the work completed through the helpdesk.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• Salary: £14,722.50 – £16,722.55.
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
