In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Plan, create, and deliver marketing campaigns across online (social media, email, Google Ads) and offline channels (brochures, events, leaflets).
• Support content creation and copywriting for social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Suite and CapCut.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance data using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and email metrics to evaluate success and recommend improvements.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as sales, design, suppliers, and event organisers, to coordinate marketing activities.
• Assist with budget management by researching costs, tracking spending, and ensuring campaigns stay within allocated budgets under supervision.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £18,000 – £20,000 per annum

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
• Good communication skills
• Creative mindset
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work well in a team or on your own.
• Basic experience or willingness to learn digital marketing tools like social media platforms, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
