22/10/2025This module introduces cloud computing, covering fundamental cloud concepts, deployment models, and understanding shared responsibility in the cloud. It explores the benefits cloud computing can offer an organisation, while covering the different cloud service types and sharing some of the use cases and benefits aligned with each service type.
This module explores Microsoft 365’s cloud-powered productivity platform, combining Office applications with AI tools and advanced security. You’ll learn how Microsoft 365 optimises operations, enables collaboration from anywhere, and provides business management tools with analytics capabilities for data-driven insights and improved business outcomes.
This module covers Microsoft Entra ID for identity and access management, including authentication, conditional access, and role-based permissions. It also explores Microsoft Defender XDR for threat protection, Microsoft Purview for compliance and data governance, and Microsoft Priva for privacy management.
This module explores Microsoft 365 pricing models and licensing options designed to meet diverse organisational needs. Participants will learn about various billing structures and how organisations can maximise their technology investments through Microsoft 365 support offerings that help improve product implementation and optimisation.

Remote Desktop Client: Install one of the following:

- Windows App for Mac
- All learners will need to connect to exam virtual machines (VMs) using RDP
