We are seeking a motivated and curious AI & Digital Champion Apprentice who is excited about innovation and enjoys problem-solving. You’ll support colleagues to adopt digital tools, identify opportunities for automation, and help embed smarter ways of working across the organisation.

You will join a supportive and collaborative team where your ideas are valued and your development is a priority.

As part of the role, you will complete a Level 4 AI & Digital Champion apprenticeship with Baltic Apprenticeships, combining structured online training every 6–8 weeks with real workplace experience using tools such as Microsoft 365, Power Automate and AI-enabled technologies.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Support the use of Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Automate across teams
• Map and review business processes to identify inefficiencies
• Design and maintain simple automation workflows
• Create user guides and digital resources
• Support reporting dashboards and improve data visibility
• Deliver short training sessions and 1:1 digital support
• Promote safe, ethical and effective use of AI tools
• Monitor the impact of digital improvements and gather feedback

Full training and mentoring will be provided.

You do not need to be an AI expert — we’re looking for potential, enthusiasm and a desire to develop.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £22,000 to £24,000 per annum
• Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm
• 30 days annual leave
