In partnership with Baltic Apprenticeships, ZEAL is looking for a motivated and detail-focused Marketing Apprentice to join their dynamic Client Services team. In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 4 Marketing Executive qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

·       Attend client briefing calls and take detailed notes.

·       Organise key documents such as contact reports, timing plans, and status reports.

·       Carry out research on clients’ brands, competitors, and the marketplace.

·       Liaise with suppliers and build good working relationships.

·       Gather and analyse cost information for projects and feed into the budget.

·       Record financial information accurately, including raising purchase orders, invoices, and entering expenses.

·       Log time spent on projects regularly.

·       Review the financial status of projects to ensure invoices and payments are up to date.

·       Support ZEAL’s internal marketing activities, including email and social media campaigns.

·       Work closely with team members to support client projects and deliver high-quality work.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge

·       Understanding of marketing or an interest in learning about advertising and client services

·       Good communication skills, both written and verbal

·       Strong organisation and time management

·       Ability to work well in a team.

·       Basic IT skills and confidence using software.

·       Proactive and eager to learn.

·       Attention to detail.

·       Some experience or familiarity with a professional working environment (any industry)

·       Grade 5 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4 in English

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

·       Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 5:30PM (35 hours per week)

·       £24,000.00 Per annum

·       21 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)

·       The last Friday of every quarter is a ZEAL Day off.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 4 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in marketing. You will be based full time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
