In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Monitor and manage digital marketing campaigns within budget using tools like Google Ads, Analytics and Social Media insights.
• Create and publish engaging content using platforms such as Wix, Meta Business Suite, Canva and Adobe.
• Support multi-channel marketing efforts across social media, email campaigns, paid ads, and offline materials like leaflets and signage.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to coordinate campaigns and evaluate performance.
• Contribute to business growth by driving ROI, improving brand visibility, and generating new client leads.
• Assist with initial prospecting and sales calls as part of the lead generation process.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £20,000 – £22,000 per annum.
• Commission structure.
• Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
• 28 days of annual leave including Bank Holidays.
• Hybrid working available.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for creativity.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Eagerness to learn and develop.
• Grade 5 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4 in GCSE English.
