The Be-Spoke platform gives employers the tools to easily create apprenticeship programmes that are fully aligned with their industry-specific requirements. Each Be-Spoke apprenticeship is made up of 4 key features: Core Modules, Essential Modules, Expert Modules, and Be-Spoke Modules.

Each programme has a set of Core Modules, designed to align with apprenticeship standards, ensuring learners are well-prepared for their End-Point Assessment. To support these Core Modules, apprentices complete an additional set of 3 mandatory Essential Modules focused on AI, social responsibility, and report writing.

Each Be-Spoke programme includes one advanced Expert Module, allowing learners to gain additional certifications (worth up to £2,800) in systems relevant to their career advancement, and two tailored Be-Spoke Modules, spanning from AI to customer service, allowing businesses to focus on specialised, industry-specific skills that are directly relevant to company culture, operational strategies, and company growth.
