BACP is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Apprentice to join its team and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of technologies. The successful candidate will support staff, work with servers and networks, and develop essential skills while learning from experienced professionals. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a career in IT, with plenty of scope to grow and contribute to the future of BACP’s digital infrastructure.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Provide operational ICT support to the organization.
- Deliver technical ICT support to staff and systems.
- Administer servers, ensuring availability, security, and performance.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ICT systems to resolve issues promptly.
- Identify and recommend improvements within the ICT team.
- Assess and propose enhancements to the overall ICT infrastructure.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £14,232 per annum
- Monday to Friday 08:45am – 5pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
- Grade 4 in Maths and 5 in English is essential for this role
