Baltic were the first training provider to offer a completely digital apprenticeship training platform, and we haven’t looked back since.
Depending on the size of your business, government funding will cover between 95% and 100% of all training costs. If you are levy payer, you can use your available funds to recruit new apprentices or train existing staff.
Up until 31st January 2021, employers who take on a new apprentice under 25 years old will receive an incentive payment of £2,000. This funding is in addition to the existing £1000 government grant which already applies to new 16-18 year old apprentices, meaning that some employers could claim as much as £3000 when they hire an apprentice.
