Hiring an apprentice gives you the opportunity to nurture and retain future talent. Apprentices get to learn your company’s culture and processes on the job. Rather than unlearning bad habits, they learn things the right way, first time. Grow your own talent, hire an apprentice and be the future with Baltic.
If you’re an employer looking to grow your business, recruiting an apprentice is a fantastic way to access the new talent you need. In order to develop skills that support economic growth, the programmes that we offer were created with real employers’ requirements in mind. We aim to support businesses in overcoming challenges to growth, recruitment and skills by changing the way they recruit.
With a focus on bridging the growing digital skills gap in the UK, Baltic specialise in tech and digital apprenticeships. To keep up with the needs of the modern workplace, we’ve revolutionised our approach to teaching, moving away from traditional education methods by bringing our classroom onto the cloud. Baltic were the first training provider to offer a completely digital apprenticeship training platform, and we haven’t looked back since.
Employers who don’t pay into the levy benefit from significant government funding to support their commitment to apprenticeships. Depending on the size of your business, government funding will cover between 95% and 100% of all training costs. If you are levy payer, you can use your available funds to recruit new apprentices or train existing staff.
Our bespoke recruitment process is completely free, with a focus on finding the right people for the right roles, eliminating the cost of expensive recruitment fees.
