Baltic were the first training provider to offer a completely digital apprenticeship training platform, and we haven’t looked back since.
Apprenticeships are a powerful and cost-effective way to grow and develop your team.
For small and medium-sized businesses, government funding will cover 95% of all training costs as standard. For SMEs with under 50 employees, the government will cover 100% of training costs, if your apprentice is aged between 16 and 18. This also applies for apprentices aged 19-24 with an EHC plan from their local authority.
For larger organisations with an annual wage bill of over £3 million, training costs are deducted from your specially ringfenced Apprenticeship Levy fund.
