Baltic Apprenticeships is delighted to announce its latest apprenticeship achievement rate of 80.4%, further strengthening its position as one of the highest-performing providers in the sector.
This marks an improvement on an already sector-leading performance of 76.1% in the previous year, reflecting a continued focus on supporting learners to complete, progress and deliver value for their employers.
What the Latest Apprenticeship Data Tells us About Provider Performance
The latest Qualification Achievement Rate (QAR) data has now been released by the Department for Education, giving an updated view of how training providers are performing across the sector.
QAR measures the proportion of learners who successfully complete their apprenticeship. It’s one of the clearest indicators of whether training is delivering real outcomes – not just enrolments.
This year’s data again shows that performance varies significantly between providers. While some consistently support learners through to completion, others see a much higher proportion of learners drop out before finishing.
For employers, that difference matters.
When an apprentice doesn’t complete, the return on investment is reduced – or lost entirely. Completion is what turns training into capability, and capability into value for the business.
Baltic Apprenticeships’ QAR Performance
Based on the latest data, Baltic Apprenticeships continues to deliver among the highest achievement rates in the sector:

This reflects a consistent focus on supporting learners throughout their programme – from onboarding and coaching through to completion and progression into their roles.
Why QAR Matters for You
Choosing a training provider isn’t just about programme content or cost. It’s about outcomes.
QAR gives a clearer view of which providers are consistently delivering those outcomes, and which are not.
In a more constrained labour market, where employers are hiring more carefully and placing greater emphasis on long-term value, that becomes even more important.
Routes into work need to be structured, targeted and designed with retention in mind.
Explore the Data
To make this data easier to access and understand, we’ve launched the Apprenticeship Performance Platform, bringing together all published QAR figures in one place.
We believe this kind of transparency is important. It gives employers a clearer view of what good looks like and helps bring greater clarity to provider performance across the sector.
Harry Hobbs, Head of Business Intelligence at Baltic Apprenticeships, said:
“The latest data shows just how much variation there is in provider performance. Completion rates are one of the clearest indicators of whether training is delivering real outcomes for learners and employers.
That’s why achievement rates matter, and why greater transparency across the sector is so important.”
As apprenticeship provision continues to evolve, having a clearer view of performance will become increasingly important for employers.
By making this data more accessible, we hope to give employers a clearer picture of provider performance and encourage a greater focus on outcomes, consistency and long-term value across the sector.
