As an apprentice at Oundle School, you will have the invaluable opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals in the field, gaining hands-on experience while working towards an industry-recognized qualification. Your responsibilities will include managing and maintaining the company portal, ensuring all approved software is up-to-date, and receiving exposure to cutting-edge Microsoft Cloud and Admin technologies. In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communication Technician, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Conduct software updates
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues using tools such as Windows and Microsoft
- Create basic scripts
- Install and configure hardware and software
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings)
- £18,500-£20,000 Per annum

- Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and English or Level 2 Functional skills
