Are you passionate about technology and eager to start your career in IT support? Reciprocal Group invites aspiring IT enthusiasts to join their team as an IT Support Technician Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in the dynamic world of data management and migration while working alongside experienced professionals in a global organisation.
Reciprocal Group is a renowned global data management and migration specialist with over 13 years of unrivalled experience in the field. With offices in the UK, India, and Dubai, they have established a global presence, working collaboratively with leading vendors, system integrators, resellers, and customers across various industries.
In this role, you’ll work towards your IT Support Technician Level 3 apprentice, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Answering IT Tickets around IT issues on their customer hardware, increasing space/RAM.
- Running daily reports and resolving any IT issues
- Updating and upgrading any software for clients
- General fault finding on their virtual networks, servers and disk space
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £14,000 – £18,000 per annum
- Monday – Friday
- 09:00 – 17:00
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Car allowance
- Death in service policy
- Pension contribution
- Career progression upon completion of the apprenticeship
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
- Passion for IT
- Driver is desired
- Committed to learning
- Grade 4/C in Maths and English GCSE or Functional Skills equivalent
