Now, we are expanding our team and looking for a Content Creator Apprentice to help us share our passion and expertise with the world.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Content Creator Level 3 apprentice, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Creating Reels, videos and video content for the website
• Creating campaigns for social media and email marketing
• Social media management  
• Using Adobe Suite to create visual, written and audio content
• Responding to customer service enquiries across all social platforms

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £13,000 per annum
• Monday – Friday
• 08:00 – 17:00
• Fully office based
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Passion for content creation
• Experience with TikTok and social media
• Communication both written and verbal
• Grade 4/C in Maths and English GCSE or Functional Skills equivalent

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Content Creator.
