In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Support with incoming tickets via telephone and email
- Taking ownership of allocated tickets, and escalating where needed.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues such as remotely accessing PCs, backup checks, and new user setups.
- Ensuring to always deliver 100% client satisfaction.
- Hardware and software configuration.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- Salary – £16,000 – £20,000 per annum
- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 20 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
- Salary reviews – depending on performance

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
- Customer Service Skills
- Communication skills – Written & Verbal
- Passion for IT & Technology
- Ability to prioritise workload and use initiative
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Grade 4/C in Maths & English GCSE or Functional Skills Level 2
