In this role, you’ll work towards your Content Creator qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Creating Content for TikTok, Twitter, Facebook Instagram and Website this will include images, audio and written 
• Planning Budgets for Boosted Social Posts
• Work alongside Graphic Designer using Photoshop, Illustrator, and interfaces for socials
• Tracking posts with Google Analytics, interaction rates on social reach

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

 Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment 
• Some experience supporting a manager or team with daily tasks 
• Passion for content creation and self-development 
• Good knowledge of different social media channels 
• Confident communicator and can work well within a team 
• Understanding of different editing tools such as Cava, Photoshop etc 
• GCSE Grade C/4 in English and Maths or L2 Functional skills equivalent

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications and experience you need to immerse yourself in an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Content Creator.
