Naviam are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Analyst Apprentice to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Solution Architects, supporting the delivery of technology and business change projects for a wide range of clients.

You'll gain valuable hands-on experience gathering business requirements, analysing processes, documenting solutions, and working with stakeholders to help organisations improve the way they work through technology. Every day will provide opportunities to learn from industry experts while developing the practical skills needed to become a successful Business Analyst.

This apprenticeship is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for problem solving, and an interest in how businesses use technology to improve processes and deliver better outcomes. Whether you have experience through education, previous employment, or personal projects, we're looking for someone who is eager to learn, confident working with people, and excited to build a career in business analysis.

The successful candidate will become part of a supportive and knowledgeable team who are passionate about developing future talent. From day one, you'll receive mentoring from experienced consultants while working on real client projects, allowing you to develop both your technical knowledge and professional skills in a collaborative environment.

Alongside your day-to-day role, you'll complete a Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship with Baltic Apprenticeships, receiving expert-led training in dedicated learning blocks every 4–6 weeks. This structured programme will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and recognised qualification needed to build a successful career in business analysis while gaining valuable workplace experience.

In this role, you'll work towards your Level 4 Business Analyst qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Assist in managing business requirements throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining traceability, supporting change control processes, and ensuring documentation remains accurate and up to date.
  • Help analyse, prioritise, and document both functional and non-functional requirements, including defining acceptance criteria and supporting MoSCoW prioritisation.
  • Work alongside Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to support stakeholder engagement, governance activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and operational readiness for project delivery.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with company quality standards, project governance, regulatory requirements, and document management procedures while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop an understanding of business analysis tools, methodologies, and best practices while supporting the successful delivery of client projects.
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients, communicating confidently and professionally throughout project lifecycles.
  • Take an active role in your own learning and professional development, applying new knowledge gained through your apprenticeship into your day-to-day work.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
