Prospere Learning Trust is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice to join our dynamic IT Services Team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on technical skills while supporting the technology that underpins teaching and learning across our schools.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets across Trust sites, initially with guidance and progressing to independent working.
- Maintain classroom IT equipment, including projectors, interactive whiteboards, and audio systems.
- Assist with the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment for assemblies, events, and performances.
- Support Trust-wide network, hardware, and software maintenance and security.
- Work collaboratively with staff, pupils, and parents/carers, delivering excellent customer service.
- Contribute to a high-quality, reliable IT service across all academies.

- Flexible, adaptable, and committed to high professional standards, including safeguarding and equality.
- Due the nature of the job role, a driving licence with access to their own car is required
- GCSE Maths C/4 and GCSE English – C/5 is essential for the role
