UKB4C is a leading provider of high-quality automotive accessories and parts. As it continues to grow, UKB4C is seeking a talented Content Creator Apprentice to join the team and help build its brand presence across multiple platforms.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Content Planning & Creation
• Content Capture & Equipment Usage
• Content Planning & Documentation
• Budgeting & Forecasting Exposure
• Content Management System (CMS) Use
• Stakeholder Engagement
• E-commerce & CMS: Shopify, WordPress, Linnworks.
• Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite.
• Social Media & Scheduling: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Canva, Business Suite, scheduling tools.
• Audience Engagement & Social Media Management
• Content Monitoring & Evaluation

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £13,590 per annum (review at 6 months)
• Monday to Friday 08:30am – 4:30pm
• 30 days of leave, including bank holidays, with the flexibility to choose whether to take bank holidays off.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
• Passion for marketing, digital media, and branding.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
• Interest in the industry of camping, box tents and marine’s would be desired
