As an apprentice, you'll be responsible for generating weekly reports, gathering data, conducting regular Customer Profitability analysis, and more. You'll dive deep into the Data industry, with all the resources and support you need to build a successful and rewarding career. Alongside hands-on guidance from the Head Analyst, you’ll also have access to expert industry knowledge from your coach at Baltic Apprenticeships!
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Data Essentials, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Generate weekly anomaly report (Excel, powerquery, SQL) in line with business requirements
- Collate data sources to allow repeatable and robust reporting across the group
- Regular Customer Profitability reporting, to include comparison with competitors and against internal KPI's
- Conduct regular and appropriate reviews with key suppliers in terms of costs, appropriateness, changes and anomalies
- Ensuring weekly anomaly reports are accurately generated and distributed in a timely manner
- Ensure that all internal and external drivers affecting the business are identified and analysed to enable accurate forecasting of the P&L
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £15,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
- 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
- 1 extra day holiday per year up to 3 years
