Join Carterwood, a multi-award-winning consultancy specializing in social care market analysis, as a Data & Business Insights Apprentice. They are a Certified B Corporation, recognised for their ethical practices and data-driven insights that help clients make informed decisions in the elderly care home and retirement living sectors.

You'll pursue a Level 3 apprenticeship with expert training from Baltic Apprenticeships, developing skills to collect, analyse, and interpret data. Be part of their dynamic team, driven by the values: 'Do it right,' 'Never stand still,' and 'Be brave.'

In this position, you will be pursuing a Level 3 Data & Business insights Apprenticeship, guided by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Collect data from various external sources
  • Run simple SQL queries using pre-prepared scripts.
  • Conduct telephone-based research, including mystery shopping.
  • Perform data checks and cleansing in our in-house database and MS Excel.
  • Cross-reference multiple data sources for accuracy.
  • Verify the integrity of supplier data and analytics platforms.
  • Full training and ongoing support will be provided by your workplace mentor and Baltic Apprenticeships.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £23,500 per annum
  • Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm

  • A grade 4/C at GCSE in English and Maths is required for this role
