Landlord Support Legal Solutions is looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our team as a Junior Data Analyst Apprentice. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience working with real-world data, develop sought-after technical skills, and achieve industry-recognized qualifications—all while contributing to exciting projects that make a real impact.

 

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Junior Data Analyst Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

 

A Typical Day in the Job:

 

  • Dealing with all aspects of case management of current cases via the firm’s case management system, including:

       Telephone calls and correspondence with clients, the other side and third parties

       Managing the workflows in the Case Management System (following training)

       Reviewing, maintain and updating documentation (following training)

       Organising and managing subcontract processes

       Managing, controlling and updating business data

       Setting up, maintaining, and closing out files

       General administration

       Reporting company performance metrics

  • Assisting with administration of potential cases via telephone and email, using the firm’s case management system.
  • Provision of initial advice.
  • Other responsibilities may be required on an ad-hoc basis, as well as some nationwide travel.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

 

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £18,200 – £24500 per annum
  • Monday to Friday (07:30am – 4pm, 08:30am – 5pm, 9am – 17:30pm with a 1 hour break)
  • 20 days holidays plus bank holidays2 extra day accrued after probation
  • Free hot drinks
  • A share of the company bonus structure- after probation.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Grade 4 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
  • Structured and organised
  • Logical thinker, technically minded, takes ownership of their workload and be proactive.
  • Well organised.
