Are you ready to turn your passion for marketing into real-world impact? As a Marketing Apprentice at BPD Zenith, you’ll dive into a hands-on role where every day brings new opportunities to build your skills and creativity. Imagine crafting eye-catching content for emails, blogs, social media, and digital ads, using platforms like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Ads to drive campaigns that truly resonate.

Beyond content creation, you’ll have a front-row seat to the world of event coordination—helping to plan, promote, and support events from online webinars to large-scale industry conferences. You’ll work with our sales team on market research and support key campaigns by keeping our CRM and sales resources accurate and impactful. With each project, you’ll deepen your understanding of data analytics, using tools like HubSpot Reporting and Google Analytics to track engagement, measure success, and bring fresh insights to the table.

A Typical Day in the Job:

·       Contribute to content creation for emails, blogs, social media, newsletters, ads, and more.

·       Use tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to help design content, and platforms such as HubSpot, LinkedIn and Google ads to deliver engaging campaigns that resonate with our audience

·       Be part of planning both digital and in-person events, from webinars to industry conferences, including content creation, promotion and logistics support

·       Support Market Research and Sales Initiatives

·       Build and Nurture Relationships

·       Get valuable experience with performance tracking by analysing engagement data from our website, CRM, and ads

·       Learn how to measure success and find ways to improve, using tools like HubSpot Reporting and Google Analytics.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

·       £19,000 – £22,000 per annum

·       Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm

·       Flexi time available

·       Hybrid working available

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

·       Grade 5 in Maths and Grade 4 in English is required for this role

·       Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Canva and Office Suite)

·       A strong confident communicator

·       Creativity

·       Highly organised with the ability to undertake multiple projects at once

Your Training with Baltic:

·       This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Digital Marketer.

Beyond the fundamental apprenticeship modules, you'll delve into two Be-Spoke modules and one advanced Expert module. This personalised approach will hone your abilities and deepen your expertise, positioning you as a true leader in your field. The Be-Spoke and Expert modules you will complete are:

  • Google Ads – Google Ads is one of the most powerful and widely used platforms in the marketing industry with 80% of global businesses using Google Ads for their PPC Campaigns. 
  • Project Management – Project management essentials: planning, team dynamics, lifecycle stages, goal setting, and risk management.
  • Data for Marketers – Harness data for evidence-based marketing, driving customer engagement and maximising ROI. This self-study course equips your apprentice with essential skills to harness data for effective marketing strategies.
