This apprenticeship is designed to provide hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you'll work alongside seasoned IT professionals, gaining valuable skills in systems management, technical support, and IT infrastructure. In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team.

Typical Daily Duties:

  • Using the telephone to answer incoming support calls
  • Hands on repairing hardware
  • Resolving issues in office 365
  • Providing support remotely
  • Configuring new devices and processing new starter requests
  • Involvement in password resets and anti-virus configuration
  • Networking installation and monitoring
  • Laptop and computer repairs and upgrades

Desired Skills, Qualities, and Experience:

  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • A general passion and interest in IT
  • Great problem solver
  • Good customer service skills
  • Driven to succeed
  • Good time management skills
  • A Grade 5/C in English and a Grade 4/C in Maths is required for this role

Salary, Hours, and Benefits:

  • £13,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • Hybrid working – 1 day at home
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays  
  • Social events – Christmas parties
