Calling all aspiring Content Creators, It's time to get Creative! Baltic Apprenticeships are thrilled to be partnering with a luxury Yorkshire Holiday Rental company to hire a Content Creator Apprentice!

Their Yorkshire Holiday Cottages are handpicked for their unique features and beautiful surroundings. Holiday at Home has been nominated for ‘Best Company for UK Holiday Home Rentals’ in the 2024 British Travel Awards. This is their third nomination!

As a Content Creator Apprentice, you will be an essential part of the team, responsible for creating and posting engaging content, writing blogs for the website, plan campaigns, oversee social media interactions and so much more to enhance your skills and reach your true potential!

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Create and post new & engaging content including photos and film across Holiday at Home’s social media platforms. This will include daily posts, stories, reels and other scheduled content. (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Create a range of blogs for the company website and email campaigns to send out using mailchimp
• Work with the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to develop a fresh, relevant, engaging content calendar using the properties, interiors, property refurbishment, guest feedback, the local area, and other assets within Holiday at Home
• Work with the sales & marketing team to brainstorm and plan new campaigns, working effectively with colleague to deliver successful organic & paid campaigns (will have a budget to work towards).
• Oversee social media communications including messages, comments and Facebook groups (Instagram/facebook)
• Plan Videography and Photoshoots
• Support design of promotional materials including website popups and printed materials.
• Analyse audience interaction to optimise traffic and hit engagement targets. (meta business suite analytics/ TikTok analytics)

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• Salary – £20,000 – £24,000
• 28 Days Annual Leave
• Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00 PM

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Good communicator
• Can work well as an indivdual and as part of a team
• Full UK Driving license with access to a car
• Good people skills to interact with team and clients
• Creative Mindset
• Grade 5/C in Maths GCSE & Grade 4/C in English
