In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Troubleshoot and rectify issues that slow down systems performance or IT users
- Making modifications to accommodate existing users requirements and the organisations
- Proactively monitor impending issues that may arise
- Installing and updating hardware
- Ensuring the security, effectiveness and performance of database management
- Facilitate training sessions for users on new procedures or new IT systems
- Responding to a ticket system to rectify issues and escalate them where necessary
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- Monday – Friday 08:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- £20,000 Per annum

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to use your own initiative
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office with an advanced knowledge in excel
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Attention to detail
- GCSE Grade 5 Maths and 4 in English
Your Training with Baltic:
This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support Technician.
