Are you passionate about IT and looking to kick-start your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? Baltic Apprenticeships is excited to partner with Outwood Grange to provide them with their next IT apprentice.
We are offering an exciting IT Support Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship that will set you on the path to a successful career in IT. In this role, you’ll work towards your IT Support Technician Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Outwood Grange Academies Trust (OGAT) is renowned for its dedication to raising educational standards and delivering outstanding education to students. With over 30 academies under its wing, OGAT is at the forefront of utilizing technology to enhance learning and operational efficiency. As an IT Support Technician apprentice, you’ll be part of a team that ensures students and staff have seamless access to the digital tools they need to succeed.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Providing 1st line support to staff and students, resolving technical issues promptly.
- Setting up and managing permission access, including granting and removing permissions.
- Creating new user accounts and handling password resets.
- Upgrading and maintaining hardware and software to keep systems running smoothly.
- Managing group policies to ensure a secure and efficient IT environment.
- Resolving helpdesk tickets and ensuring all technical issues are addressed swiftly.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £22,366 per annum.
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with an early finish at 3:30pm on Fridays.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
