Do you have a passion for creating interesting and dynamic digital content? Do you spend your spare-time creating and editing videos, writing blogs or designing/developing other digital media? If you’re bursting with creativity and ready to turn your passion into a career, then Creative Asset want to hear from you!
They’re looking for a raw talent to join their team and help create stand-out digital content for a wide range of clients. At Creative Asset, they believe in nurturing talent and providing a platform for creative minds to flourish. They can help develop your skills in videography, photography, graphics, animation and written content. Their experienced team will mentor and guide you, helping you to build a strong portfolio and launch your career in the creative industry.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Content Creator Level 3 Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Writing website content and blogs
- Video production and photography
- Photo editing using Adobe Photoshop
- Video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns / digital storytelling
- Conceptualising marketing assets for use across different marketing platforms
- Working on email marketing campaigns
- Creating and scheduling social media posts
- Learning about website design and digital marketing best practice
- Working with WordPress CMS and other cloud software platforms
- Supporting the rest of the team and working collaboratively
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £12,480 starting salary
- 37.5 hour working week
- Pay rise at month 12

- A portfolio of work – show us your passion and what you've already done!
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have a positive and friendly attitude.
- Be keen to learn and grow within a quickly growing business
- Motivated – with initiative to self learn as well as within the workplace
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Grade 5/C in Maths and a grade 4/C in English at GCSE is required for this role.
