Calling all aspiring Marketers! Baltic Apprenticeships are thrilled to be partnering with VOVO Digital, who are on the hunt for a Marketing Apprentice to join their team!

Our vast experience in creating sleek, functional, transformative, and efficient websites and software’s, as well as provide high quality business marketing, allows us to tailor our service to meet even the most specific needs.

As a Marketing Apprentice, you will play a vital role in the team, working on projects such as website design and development, SEO, social media management, email campaigns, graphic creation, and more. This role is designed to help you enhance your skills and realise your full potential.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Multi Channel Marketing qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Website Development: Build and maintain internal and external websites, including creating content, uploading images and videos, and optimising for SEO.
• SEO: Assist in developing and maintaining SEO strategies, monitoring progress, and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Social Media Management: Develop social media strategies, create engaging content, and design accompanying graphics.
• Marketing Campaigns: Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, plans, and strategies.
• Marketing Materials: Design and produce online and offline marketing materials, such as graphics, flyers, brochures, and business cards.
• Analytics Interpretation: Analyse campaign and post performance, offering insights and suggestions for future improvements.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• Salary – £12,480 – If performing well on apprenticeship, potential salary uplifts
• Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM
• 20 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Awareness of WordPress/Elementor
• Interest in website design
• Has posted on social media
• Willing to learn and grow
• Passionate about marketing
• Grade 4/C in English & Grade 5/C in Maths GCSE
