In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- General helpdesk support, answering customer queries and escalating
- Remote access support, password resets etc
- Logging tickets and handling enquires promptly
- Handling hardware and software issues
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £12,400 Per annum
- Monday – Friday, Shift pattern (7:30 – 4:30) (8:30 – 17:00) (9:30 – 18:00)
- 23 days holidays plus 8 bank holidays

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
- Passion for IT and self-development
- Computer literate
- Mature and organised individual
- Can work well within a team and independently
- Great written and verbal skills
- Strong communication
- GCSE Grade C/4 in Maths Grade C/5 in English
Your Training with Baltic:
This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support technician.
