Are you passionate about data analysis and eager to kickstart your career in a dynamic and innovative company? Look no further! Maddisons of Durham and LJM Car Diagnostics, leaders in diverse retail products are seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Data Analyst Apprentice.

At LJM Car Diagnostics, they specialise in cutting-edge vehicle diagnostics technology, providing a range of car diagnostic tools such as iCarsoft scanners to individuals and automotive professionals worldwide. At Maddisons of Durham, they offer a diverse selection of watch parts and jewellery-making tools, emphasizing quality and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Data Essentials qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

·        Craft, maintain, and optimise product listings across multiple platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Shopify, and WordPress to ensure accuracy, visual appeal, and SEO optimisation.

·        Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to stay competitive and maximize profitability.

·        Track inventory levels and collaborate with the supply chain to ensure timely availability of products.

·        Regularly analyse market trends to identify opportunities for new listings and promotional activities.

·        Utilise Excel to input profit margins, generate reports on stock performance, and analyse sales data.

·        Communicate data insights to internal teams, the Managing Director, and external suppliers.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

·        £12,480 – £22,425 per annum (National minimum wage for age)

·        Working Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week

·        A passion for data/data insights

·        A grade 4/C at GCSE in English and Maths is required for this role

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Data Essential Apprentice.
