In this role, you’ll work towards your IT Support Level 3 Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job: 

  • Provide customer support via phone and face-to-face interactions
  • Manage daily tickets through Mojo, ensuring updates and resolutions meet business SLA timeframes
  • Work at our workbenches to fix PC components, and install and configure hardware and software
  • Assist with customer networking, including servers, firewalls, and switches
  • Reset passwords, manage user details, and perform data recovery
  • Participate in site visits for hardware installation and network configuration

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • Salary £15,000 Per Annum
  • Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
  • 20 days annual leave

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • A passion for IT and a strong willingness to learn
  • Creative problem-solving skills, demonstrated through assisting friends and family with IT issues
  • An interest in technology and a proactive approach to learning
  • Grade 4/C in Math's and 5/C in English

Your Training with Baltic:

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support apprentice.
